help with roll20

sorry if this is not the correct place . have a few issues with roll 20 and DnD Beyond(using beyond 20). 

1. when i update my health bar on DnD Beyond it doesn't update on roll 20 

2. can i select what ammunition I'm using with my Longbow. i.e. flame arrow , unbreakable arrow etc

3. how do i add buffs like bless to my rolls

Easiest way seems to be to create a new weapon with longbow stats and damage corresponding to the ammo used. 

How do I change the damage type? Can add additional damage / type but can't see howto, alter base damage/type
