This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Greetings, I hope this is the right place to ask this,
I've created some custom monsters and I see that there's a really cool syntax for "to hit" and "damage". I'd like to make other things rollable. For example, a monster imparts a disease that reduces a characters maximum HP by 1d10 at the end of a long rest of they fail a save. I see the nifty dice roller button on the form:
Clicking that popped up this dialog:
After picking 1 D10 it put [ roll ]1d10 [ /roll ] into the description.
I thought "Awesome, now when I run an encounter with this monster I should see a "roll 1d10" button but alas I see the literal text 5.
When and how can we use that [roll] tag? Is there another way to accomplish what I'm trying to do?

Thanks!
That function's more for PM's and the fora. That's for getting dice rolls, not making a homebrew monster that can roll in the Combat Tracker.
I have a weird sense of humor.
I also make maps.(That's a link)
Thanks, is there some documentation for [rollable]? Are there more rollTypes than "to hit" or "damage"?
I don't know.
