I took the Feat - Fey Touched (Wisdom) and gained "You learn the misty step spell and one 1st-level spell of your choice. The 1st-level spell must be from the divination or enchantment school of magic.".
My question is, does D&D Beyond already have a way for me to list my spell as an addition that will not count towards my existing spell allowance since "You can cast each of these spells without expending a spell slot. Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat." ?
Basically lets say I am a Druid and I want to take Bless. Is there a way to add that to my available spell list as mentioned above. This way when I do want to use it and mark a slot used I can or I can at least have it in my list so I remember I have it.
When you take the feat it will prompt you to pick your spell of choice from a drop down list. The chosen spell will automatically be added to your spells list on your character sheet.
Hmmm I don't recall doing that but I'll check over my spells and see if I have a 1st lvl spell I shouldn't... Thanks!!!
It will show on the class feature page of the character builder where you select feat or asi (or race page if you are custom lineage or variant human). It will not show in the character builder under spells, but will show on the character sheet itself
Thanks yall, I got it working now. I just took off the Feat and added it back in and it then asked to choose a spell and it's listed among my spell list as I wanted. Not sure what I did the first time....
