So, I'm not sure if this will make any sense, but I see there are campaign books that take place in Baldurs Gate and Icewind Dale, which I played those games back in the day, and even have them on Steam now. I'm curious if there are then campaign books for Neverwinters Night or Planescape Torment?
I don't know about adventure books specifically, but the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide provides setting, story, and character building information for the region that includes Neverwinter, Baulder's Gate, and other such locations.
Planescape Torment is set in the city of Sigil, which I'm personally unfamiliar with, but you may find the appendix in the Forgotten Realms Wiki useful.
Neverwinter Nights takes place in Neverwinter, Luskan, Port Llast and Beorunna's Well. All of which are locations present in the module Storm King's Thunder and the first 3 locations are described within the Sword Coast Adventurers Guide.
The DLC for Neverwinter Nights Hordes of the Underdark takes place in Undermountain, the central location of the module Dungeon of the Mad Mage.
The story of Neverwinter Nights is also referenced a few times across the modules, there is a statue of Aribeth in Sleeping Dragon's Wake for example.

Forgotten Realms: [Sigil], [Neverwinter]
I concur with Lyxen regarding Planescape. I really hope it gets some 5e love soon. The last dedicated book for Neverwinter was from 4th Edition.
