So i have been playing some times now with a DM and old style pen and paper home brew adventure. But i bought the Starter Set for a while where the adventure Lost Mine of Phandelver were included in a physical book. But my love for this digital platform i decided to buy the adventure here because i thought that i would get some more held if i created an campaign here when this is my first time as DM.
But when i start a new campaign i can't really figure it out how i import the adventure in to that campaign, or if that is even possible?
The only thing i can see is that i can take notes as a DM or notes that players that have joined the campaign can see?
So, is there a good way op use the adventure i bought (for the second time) here on the platform, or is it just like the book but in a digital format. What i would love is something that helps me in every face where the battle is, how many enemies there are and all there abilities.
Don't forget that the digital form of the adventure has all monsters/items/senses/conditions/spells/actions/skills as tooltips and references to itself as links. Also the maps in high resolution and in digital form are part of the deal. I can assure that it helps a bunch to prepare the sessions.
And yes right now there are only the note boxes on the campaign page. But do not underestimate them, the editors there like those here on forum are rich texts. So you can add links, embed videos use tooltips like this monster: Goblin. Also if you use chrome you may try to test this extension that adds a couple more features to help on campaign preparation. The last version enables to add references to the compendiums, so you can easily add links with tooltips to Lost Mine of Phandelver.
I intend to work on more features to help on campaign management as part of the extension, so if it works for you stay tuned.
Thats damn good @Kabalistis, thank you so much for the advice.
I will look this over and see where i run into trouble. Will try to use the adventure kinda straight forward and see what happens :P
Would though be nice to have some huidence from the campaign menu but yeah, everything i need to know should be in the adventure with links, and tool tips.
Hey so I was wanting to see if this has been updated at all. I tried to to copy a free adventure to a campaign slot so i could invite friends into it but it was just blank. Is there a place to do something like this.

The last time I checked, this was planned for the fairly distant future.

I found this thread because I have the same desire. Sigh.
It only works on chrome desktop and everyone has to install it, but try this:
