Just an annoying OCD thing. I have 4 players in my campaign. 3 players are on their own account but the 4th is sharing an account with another member's email and log in. When I am viewing the "My Campaigns", I can see 4 separate images of the characters who are playing but the text reads 3 players.. there are 4. This is not a big issue other than I want it to show the correct number of players. Is this due to the sharing of the email address and account? I am sure someone has some insight on this!

I would expect so. DDB doesn't count characters as players, it counts accounts as players. Three accounts playing in the campaign means three players in the campaign.
Accounts are free, and unless content sharing is an issue I don't see much reason for a player not to have one of their own.

Want to start playing but don't have anyone to play with? You can try these options: [link].
Also a reminder that sharing accounts is against the terms of service I think, so make sure each player has their own account. Also, free accounts are limited to six character slots, so having multiple people using the same account is going to cause issues with character slot availability.
