D&D Beyond does not have a Virtual Table Top at this time, nor do they seem to have plans for adding one in the near future.
DDB has explicitly said they have no plans to create a VTT. It's more designed as a digital tool to use at a physical tabletop. As DM I use the tools for quick look up of rules and for playing published campaigns. Some of my players are on board with using it to track character stats and so on during the game. It needs more work but the DDB team are doing a phenomenal job. It's not for everyone, however.
