First for third party favorite, that would be Kobold Press Deep Magic. There are a lot new classes and new spells just for those classes, which is something should be the norm for subclasses - they should get something unique like the Chronomancer for instance.
If you want to make your life easier, get a publishing company that allows you to buy from 3rd parties and install them, for some reason D&D Beyond doesn't enable Kobold Press for instance. Sure you can homebrew but its a time dump and its not fun. I went to Fantasy Grounds because I got tired of dreading when my player would upgrade and now I have to spend a few hours getting the new spells or feats up for a new subclass. There are so many good quality source books out there to use, just look at this thread.
Does Dungeons of Drakkenheim lend itself fairly easily to being dropped into any high fantasy world? I love the videos the Dungeon Dudes put together and would be happy to support them.
Realistically you'd want to have it set in the world of drakkenheim, but you could take the continent/city and put it in any campaign.
It's very dark cosmic horror at times, so 100% make sure people are okay with that.
Their 2nd book, more about the setting/world is coming out later this year as well with far more information than what's in the campaign guide, so may want to wait for that.

It’s not a book, but almost all of laserllama’s stuff is amazing.

I've got this and agree it is very cool. This article introduced me to it in case there is anything else here that catches your eye.

I think one of my favorite is Scarred Lands Player's Guide.
