I've created and High Elf Psy Warrior - Psy Knife 8/7 Lev. - and I have some doubt and I want to ask for you help and guidance.
I have 10 Psi - Power dices for - the Warrior - I have 10 Psi - Power dices for the Rogue. Can I use a total pool of 20 or I have to match each one to powers of the class (i.e. can I expend a dice of the rogue pool on the the warrior power) ?
Can I use a Psy Blade, infuse with Psi force for extra damage, and carry a sneak attack with it ? (both Psi force and sneak are listed as extra)
I don't see any rule preventing you from pooling the dice together with regards to expending them. I'd allow using 'rogue' dice for 'fighter' powers and vice versa. However, while currently the dice are the same (d8s), depending on how such a multiclass character's levels up those dice could differ (5 Soulknife + 11 Psi Warrior would mean 10 d8 energy dice + 10 d10 energy dice) - you do have to keep track of the different pools with regards to die size.
Sneak attacks are a completely separate mechanic, using psionic powers doesn't affect whether you can make them or not. If an attack allows you to do sneak damage, you get sneak damage. Period.

Agree with panjuran about the rules not explicitly stating that a character cannot pool the dice from each of these classes. Similarly, as a DM, I would potentially allow it as well. However, you ultimately need to ask your DM whether they’ll allow you to combine these pools and allow each class to pull from them indiscriminately of the originating source.
The reason that I recommend talking to your DM is because the rules are quiet on the topic. Some DMs may require that you keep the pools separate. Similarly, I could see some DMs also not allowing a character to double up on the same ability from two separate classes. For example, Channel Divinity an Extra Attack cannot be combined from different sources (per the multiclassing RAW). A particular DM may want to view the Psionic Power ability from the Psy Warrior and Soulknife being a similar case and only allowing one pool of psionic energy dice…
I’m not saying that this will be the case, but the lack of official rules for these newer subclasses means that the final decision is left to the DM at your table.
