I recently learned how to manage your companion/beasts under the extra portion of the character sheet. What I can not find is the drake companion from the ranger archetype. Is there a way to build in a custom one or add the drake companion? Any help would be appreciated.
Once you choose this subclass at level 3, it will appear in the actions area of your character sheet.
If you click on the drake companion that's bolded, it will pop out the stat block. you can adjust it's health below that, and it shows what actions/reactions it can take as well.
if you have the new fizbans treasury of dragons book the stats for the drake companion are on page 15

Hollow unbreakable arrows are the most OP common magic item, and my current method of coming up with insane combat shenanigans.
if you make a steel pipe with one end closed and a nozzle on the other, you can enlarge it, fill with any liquid, and then drop concentration, creating a high pressure squirt gun. (or a pipe bomb, depending if it holds)
Yes its built in the subclass itself in beyond instead of having to be an companion, as it already automatically adjust per level. So you don't have to adjust the stat block every time you level up.
Still can't find a way to add it to the character sheet in such a way that it'll come up on MAPS in DNDBeyond as a companion or pet or literally anything. And I guess this will be ignored until/unless Drakewarden gets added to the 2024 rules.
As far as “linking” goes, on the rangers character sheet there is a resource pool in the features and class traits that has the drakes HP total (example: HP = 6/20) and allows the player to keep track of the drakes hp and abilities without having to switch actor sheets. I would like the drakes tokens HP to reflect that trait on the rangers player sheet. So by “linking” I mean that if I change the tokens HP it would also change it on the sheet and vice versa even though it is a different actor https://mobdro.bio/ .

In D&D Beyond go to the Extras section in the character sheet and click on the Manage Extras button. Under Add an Extra you will notice a box marked - Choose a Category -, this will give you a range of options to select various types of creature companions though the actual options will vary depending on how your account is set up. (Useful options on mine are: Beast Companion (2014), Pet, Familiar, and Summoned.) Clicking on any of these leads to a list of stat blocks to choose from which will vary again depending on your account settings. You should have at least the basics though most Drake options I can think of are in sourcebooks or adventures rather than in the basic rules so that might be an issue. (If you have access to the Fizban`s stats you could probably just create it as a homebrew monster assuming somebody hasn`t already uploaded it to the main homebrew list.) From there, you must upload the creature stat block to your character sheet and do some customization if you want (like naming it). Next time you go to maps your Creature Companion should appear in the appropriate section.

For the Drakewarden?

Ok, I will check it out. I just wasn't sure how to have him available AC adjustments, HP and all.
It's AC is set. You can add/subtract health from it in the actions section.

Wanting to add to extras to make combat easier (dice rolling). Is there really no way, aside from homebrew?
