I have a 5th level battle smith artificer/ 5th level Fighter/ 5th level Hexblade Warlock. Artificer allows me to attack twice per attack action. So does fighter. Add to that the Thirsting Blade from the Hex Blade Warlock allowing me to attack twice for each attack when I use my pact weapon and I can potentially attack 8 times per turn. My DM was trying to make it 2 times. Is this broken or am I just reading into this what I want to see?
If you gain the Extra Attack class feature from more than one class, the features don't add together. You can't make more than two attacks with this feature unless it says you do (as the fighter's version of Extra Attack does). Similarly, the warlock's eldritch invocation Thirsting Blade doesn't give you additional attacks if you also have Extra Attack.

If you check the multiclassing rules, Extra Attack from different classes do not stack, and they don't stack with Thirsting Blade.
