I have a player that was originally a guest player, but she's become a permanent member in our campaign. I set up a separate campaign for her so she could access all of my content but so that the other characters wouldn't be able to snoop on her page. Now that she's permanent I would like to move her to the original campaign.
I know she or I can remove her from the extra campaign, and that I can send her a link to join the new campaign (and all homebrew and shared content should remain with her character as long as she doesn't level up). Is there a way I can do this myself as DM of both campaigns? It's not a huge hassle, but I would like to avoid having to play tech support when I walk players through things on DnD Beyond that aren't leveling up or using the character sheet interface.
I guess it’s to stop any bullying and stuff. For example if someone is unhappy and drops out of a game then it prevents a DM adding them back and giving them grief. WhatsApp has a similar feature to prevent someone adding you back into a chat if you leave, but you have to actively toggle it when you leave.

Hi all,

Thanks for any tips or solutions!
No, they have to actively join the new campaign. You just send her the link.
