Forgive me as this is my first forum post but, as I was reading through the glamour bard feature Enthralling Performance I came across this section of text.
This effect ends on a target after 1 hour, if it takes any damage, if you attack it, or if it witnesses you attacking or damaging any of its allies.
The way I'm reading it implies that the effect lasts longer than an hour as long as those conditions are met. Would I be right in this assumption?
No, it's a list of conditions upon which it will stop. So, if one or more of the following occurs, the effect ends:
The creature takes damage.
You attack it.
It witnesses you attacking or damaging one of its allies.
An hour passes.
The longest it will last is one hour, but it can be shorter if the other conditions are met before the hour ends.

No. It lasts up to an hour. It can end earlier if any of the conditions are met. But never longer than an hour.
