Midnight EST is usually the standard drop time. MMM didn't come out till 12 hours later but I believe that was due to some bugs. Otherwise it's been Midnight EST for every other release.

The table of contents and Rock of Bral poster map are both up but everything else is displaying 404 errors.

Races are up. Don't use the source, go to game rules > Races

So are the monster pages if you just go to the monster section in collections instead of looking at the book.
The races can be selected in the character builder.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
