Homebrew within a campaign?

1. As the DM, if I create homebrew content, I understand that my players can have access to it within a campaign. How do they see my content?
2. If a player within a campaign creates homebrew content, are they able to share it with the rest of the campaign players and me?

Within a campaign every character-relevant homebrew content is shared, viewable and usable in the character builder.

Regardless of which player created it?

Yes. DM or players, everyone shares.

If one wants to block homebrew, there is a toggle on the first page of the builder.
