I run three weekly games. Two homebrew campaigns in person and one WOTC adventure online. One game is usually about 8-10hrs on Sunday with breaks for meals, the other two games are usually 7-10+ but have run as late as 1 for big events.
I also play in a 4th game biweekly in person from 7 to 11.
I spend about 8 hours a week working on the 3 games I run, with the majority of those hours dedicated to the long sunday game. Prewritten games only take about an hour of prep each week.
