If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
You can’t find dice on the internet? Have you tried Amazon?
High variance dice are specifically dice that have been weighted to favor Critical rolls. I.e. They're cheat dice, without the benefit of improving your statistical average. As such, most groups don't allow them, and most cheaters don't want them, which leaves a weird middle group that isn't really enough of a market to justify producing them. Wyrmwood produced a limited run, as did a brand called Bloodlust, but they otherwise aren't really available. Some might pop up on Ebay, but odds are most of them will be mixed in with regular dice and lost to time.

If you want a set, you can make your own, but if you plan to use them in a game, you can fake it by just asking your DM to expand your Critical range (1-2 is a 1, and 19-20 is a 20).
If you are planning to actually cheat, then that is bad, and I wag my finger discouragingly.
edit: There are also 22-sided dice available online, which you could use to simulate the higher variance. (21=1*, 22=20* [Get it? Twenty Too?Hehe])
