has anyone received an email for shipping confirmation? I pre-ordered and have not gotten any communication about when the product will ship out. Nothing so far.
This is so much bullshit. I could go online and buy it right now from a retailer and have it shipped in the mail today, but pre ordering it ******* MONTHS AGO and NOTHING!!!! How the **** does that work Wizards of the Coast?????
and why has this post been ignored by WotC staff?? The only official comment on here from an employee was the day before launch date assuring us all it would launch on time. Nothing from them since. Where are you now?? Where is the product we paid for months in advance to show support!!!
They just got back to me and above is a screenshot of the response. They said " Your order is still in the early stages of the shipping process and is being prepared for shipment. Your order is still within the expected time frame for shipping, if you do not receive tracking after 30 days of the listed release date, please let us know and we will investigate further."
That's WILD. Like if I'm pre-ordering something this is not expected time frame for shipping. If I can go through Amazon, A book store, my FLGS - And have gotten it sooner, I would've NEVER ordered the bundle. And to wait 30 days before they'll look further into it is nuts.
LOL yeah I saw this one and its what set me off on the other forums. Hoping if we make enough noise someone will see it and do something. This is outrageous. You ALWAYS send pre-orders before fulfilling new orders. This is disgusting. They stole from their most loyal fans to give the big box stores the first chance to get it in peoples hands.
Its Friday the 9th and still no indication my pre order of the physical product is GOING to be shipped… 3 days after release! Message to Wizards and they indicate they are so busy they can’t respond (ironic, no?). I am getting TONS of marketing messages in email, tweets, social media how I should order this. How much is that impacting customers who DID and paid UP FRONT MONTHS AGO?!?
This is why I order from Amazon. At least they actually communicate, late or otherwise! Prob the last time I ever order physical product from Wizards…
I replied back to my initial customer service answer, asking what was the expected ship time because that was not communicated to us. And I just got the same scripted answer as the first time. I'm ******* PISSED.

absolutely nothing for me either. So we can order it on amazon for next day delivery, but pre ordering doesn't even get it dispatched on release day.
