I posted this on a similar thread but since there are different folks in this thread, I thought I'd pose the question here too. Of those of you that have received shipping confirmations, when did you order? I ordered on Aug 26th. Haven't heard a peep.
Try contacting them on Twitter, someone who can actually help is more likely to see it there than these forums.
Which is a crappy model that I hate. They ignore you until you take it to a platform that everyone can see and then suddenly they want to help. I should not have to publically shame a company to get assistance with an issue.
Well, as previously reported, the label for my copy of the book was created on Thursday. It is now Saturday and when I check the shipping status, the UPS site still only says that the label was created... it hasn't actually shipped yet.

Likewise. I was happy to get the D&D Beyond edition but still haven't seen my physical copy. In the future I will probably just do what I was doing and buying them separately either getting my copy from Amazon or in store.
I called wotc hq and left a message in the general voice mail on Friday just got a call back today. Mine should be arriving tomorrow but I mentioned nearly everyone is having issues with scalefast
I do think the issue is the vendor wotc uses for fulfillment. Scalefast seems really disorganized I worked in logistics and we never missed an SLA. If you search them online they screw every release up. Wotc uses them for mtg as well
I received my package yesterday, but I never got any notifications for it coming. It was on my front doorstep when I noticed it as I went out for my morning jog. Luckily, I live in a great neighborhood but still, I don't like leaving packages on my doorstep overnight (especially this time of year). I'm still waiting for my other order, and I'll be on the lookout for it since I won't get any notifications for it.
I just came here today looking to see if there was more about this on the forums. I have found this whole thing to be a bit of a disaster. I have been preordering my D&D books since 3rd Edition and got all of them on time. I decided to switch it up and see how this bundle was going to work and am nothing but disappointed. I had the same '30 days' message from Customer Support given to me like 4 days after a ticket and then no response since then. I just don't understand how this preorder is an acceptable release.
I received my deluxe edition today. The shipping box was insufficient to protect the box inside. All of the bottom corners were smashed in. I am disappointed in this first experience preordering direct from WOTC. I doubt that I will do it again.
I just got mine today. I am disappointed with the "board game". It is below standards of their other box games. There are only 6 miniatures and they are unpainted. You would think deluxe would have something better than standard board games. There is no real terrain that could be used anywhere else. Honestly I feel like there was very little effort put into the physical pieces. In addition, it is cheaper on Amazon than what I paid for the preorder. I am not sure what I got better by preordering. I always thought it meant you got something out of it more than just waiting on release to buy it. Last time Wizards of the Coast. Won't preorder again from them.
Mine has arrived today with a rather impressive amount of delivery updates from FedEx (I didn't know they operated in Great Britain, let alone how good their tracking info was), as well as confirmation yesterday from WotC that my order was being despatched. Whether the speed in which the book arrived was due to my preordering on the 31st October, I cannot say. Miraculously the book arrived in mint condition despite the packing paper floating atop the book, as opposed to around it to properly cushion it.
I hope that others begin to see their books soon, as folks have been waiting long enough. I doubt I'll preorder physical-digital bundles again in the future, even as a vote in favour of the idea, until Day One delivery is guaranteed.

I have only just received a shipping notice (my order was placed on 20th August). No shipping details though, and being in AUS and DMing a campaign from the virtual content, I doubt I'll be able to run Vogler with the board game at this rate!
Glad to hear that it's moving though and folks are receiving their orders. Renews my confidence I may get it by mid-January!

This was an issue with Spelljammer as well. Sadly this seems to be par for the course.
Mine was shipped in an oversized box with a haphazardly placed air packet. It definitely did not hold the game box steady in the shipping box. Thankfully mine seemed to be placed in better hands than yours was and made it to me undamaged.

I ordered on Nov 1st. My tracking just shows label created so it's not shipped yet.

Still waiting for shipment update. Ordered 8/18.

I just talked to my GM a yesterday and he said his code was lost and he has not heard back from customer support for 5+days.
I finally did get an expected delivery date today, Thursday.
Today I got an email that said my product got shipped. Shortly after, I received the package.

I'll let you know how that goes.
I just got mine in today. I have going over the books and the pieces. I am currently looking for Campaign Chronicle in PDF format.
