We ordered the Deluxe version on 21 August, as soon as it was available. It is now 22 Dec, two weeks after release, and we don't even have a tracking number.
Responses from customer service take several days and the most we have been told is "We are currently preparing your package to ship" -- who knows why two weeks later they are only preparing... they have had since August to prepare.
I have since asked if I can cancel and get a refund -- so I can pop down to the local game store and buy one off the shelf -- this was the only email to get a quick response, and which they immediately responded and said "No, cancellations are not allowed".
Massive Dragonlance fans, and it is very disappointing to see it in all the stores, and not have the one that we pre-ordered months in advance.
I was giving them 30 days before I start raising "product not provided" issues, and luckily got an email today (4 weeks after release) "Your order has finished processing and is now being shipped!".
So, shipped (maybe) 4 weeks after release date (and we keep seeing it in all the local stores; worried it might sell out) -- and still no actual tracking number or ETA (and I pre-ordered in August).
And no explanation of what went wrong with pre-orders.
I pre-ordered Nov 23. still no shipping email. And what really amazes me is the number of people i see posting about this yet not a single news article any where on how WoTC has screwed this up.
I feel like my posts on my support ticket are getting more and more unhinged. I am so mad at how badly they have managed this. I have walked into so many stores and seen this item for purchase on the shelves but I can't buy it because I have a "preorder" for it.
Yep - ordered on 22 August and no news since besides the “early access” files. It’s been in the shops almost 2 months now, and I’ve seen regular and retail editions in local _UK stores … but nothing for those of us who pre-ordered
After a week support finally got back to me. Then after a week of back and forth they declared my order lost and set me up with a new one. Got the shipping notifocation a few days ago. So its on its way.
Wizards sent me a refund for the shipping. I'm guessing its an attempt at PR for the OGL and the poor execution of the bundle rollout, though of course they didn't word it that way, there was some other reason given. Its kind of patronizing to think it'll sooth over broken trust, but $14 is $14.

Has anyone in the UK received tracking information or deliveries on the Deluxe edition? I've heard nothing from WOTC about it (save a warning for "unconsrtuctive posting" about the delay on the support thread), yet retailers seem to have copies ...

Same here. I'm in Sydney and I haven't received any tracking information at all. Worst of all, I can now purchase it from a local games supplier.
I purchased mine in August the moment it was announced :-D
As another huge DL fan, I am gutted by how poorly the release has been managed by a global brand like Wizards.
I'm already DMing a game using online content but I've missed out on utilising the tabletop resources.
Such a shame.

Essentially, it's the freight company's problem now.
Anyway, I actually bought it from my local gaming store, and they have agreed to sell my Wizards version (if it ever arrives!)
