I've always used Beyond20 to get the format you are showing. It's a chrome extension that integrates between D&D Beyond and Roll20.

Download it now before the OGL1.2 cease and desist order shuts down the extension....

I have beyond20 installed. Using Brave browser. It used to look like how I want, but for some reason it looks like that instead.
