DPS - for Damage per Second, meaning a person who's intended to do a lot of damage but is often unable to take a lot of hits.
CC - crowd control, usually debuffs against groups of enemies to hinder their effectiveness and buffs for groups of allies to enhance their effectiveness.
LFG - looking for Group, someone looking for others to game with.
LFH/T - looking for Healer/Tank
These are most often seen in online gaming and mostly for real-time gaming instead of turn-based or pause-and-play.

It's been a while since I brought up this list. I thought it was time to do so.
If anyone has some new ones to add, please let me know, and I'll likely add them. I just ask that you read what's there, first, before doing so. That way, I won't need to spend as much time filtering through recent contributions that have already been addressed.
