Everytime I click the DnD+ links (or try to use my web browser's bookmarked page) it redirects to this website instead?
Have Wizards done away with the old online style "Mag" that replaced, well, pretty much a digital version of two decent magazines, one called Dragon and one called Dungeon (for you younger whippersnappers)?
No idea what DnD+ is , but DnDBeyond has been confirmed to be their strategic landing page for all things DnD on the internet for some time now, so this looks to be the next step in that process.
EDIT: For those unclear, DnD+ was basically the poorest shadow of the older, much better Dungeon and Dragon magazines that were printed physically through much of 2nd and 3rd edition and digitally from 3.5-4th ed. DnD+ was not laid out very well, did not offer very good content, and was not easy to find or access much of the time, which is why it is not longer a thing.
Dragon and Dungeon were such amazing resources. I am really surprised there is not a way to do similar content with lower costs involved fully online. I guess DnDBeyond is supposed to somewhat fill that role, and I do enjoy the articles posted here, but I miss the adventures every couple of months (Dungeon) and crunchier articles that Dragon featured.

Do you mean Dragon+? The digital magazine/app that was cancelled August of last year?
Did I miss something?

"I am The Ancient, I am The Land"
Yes, they stopped printing the digital magazine. Over a year, year and a half ago, if I remember right.

And this is why it was canceled over a year ago.

Pretty sure that's what they meant.
