The PHB, XGtE are worth getting at some point. That makes SCAG cost about $5...it has some options that are nice to have. A lot of its content is duplicated in the other books and so normally I wouldn't recommend it...but for $5? Hard to say no to that.
On the other hand... that's a lot of money to spend if you're new to the hobby. Not being funny, but if you're still dipping your toes as it were, that could be all wasted if you decide actually you don't like it or your social group that plays it disappears for whatever reason. Normally, I'd recommend following the recommendations in my signature. Free rules, free adventures and an easy way to test the game out.
If you're merely new to DDB or have otherwise played enough to commit to playing the game long term (I don't know anything about you) and you're confident that spending that much on the game is a good investment...then three are books I'd recommend putting on the wish list anyway, so it's a reasonable buy. It's about the only bundle I'd recommend at this point - the others have so much content and bloat now that you'll end up spending more on books you don't need than you'll ever save with the 5, 10, 15% discounts.

licences to access an online only electronic version of the product, no.
Or if you like to play from your computer (or as in my case have to due to distance) then physical copies no, license to access the products online yes.
Here's the thing: if you want things as they are now, then yes, get it. After the new edition comes out in 2024 the current ones will likely become "legacy content" and unavailable to purchase. That said, make what choice you feel is best for your desired play style and pocketbook.

Was wondering if the player bundle was worth purchasing, i have the players handbook irl but i mainly use dnd beyond for everything
Contents of bundle
- Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything
- Player’s Handbook
- Xanathar’s Guide to Everything
- Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide
which gives
- 13 classes
- 90+ subclasses
- 120+ spells
- 70+ feats
- 20+ Backgrounds
- Plus magical tattoos, invocations, new magic items, and more
These were taken directly from the store page
Those are great books, and they are worth purchasing.
CENSORSHIP IS THE TOOL OF COWARDS and WANNA BE TYRANTS.
They are a good purchase. I have the top 3 on your list
I run for a number of people that cannot afford much so I have purchased all Classes, subclasses, feats, and back grounds for my groups to share.
Maybe?

Only you can answer if what you get, is worth the price.
Is it worth it to you for all of that?
Physical copies yes.
