I've got limited $ so trying to choose a good one (No spoilers please) looking for any lv of party. I guess the more appropriate question is which is the best adventure to run?
I've got The Lost Mine and Icespire Peak adventures so far.
what kind of adventure do you and your players like playing? Sandbox (where there are lots of options); Futuristic; exploration; or hard and fast dungeon adventure etc etc

Did you get the Beyond Icespire Peak Trilogy? If not, it's a natural addition...if a bit pricey for what you're getting. Itll allow your L7 characters from the DoIP adventure to progress.
I have some links to free adventures in my sig, mostly one-shots, though.
As mentioned before, it really depends on your tastes and desires. One man's garbage is another man's treasure. So a few questions:
1. What genres do you like?
2. Do you prefer open world/sandbox or more railroady but narratively deep adventures?
3. Are you looking for an overarching narrative or more a series of short adventures or even one-shots?
4. How committed is the party? Are they still wanting to dip their toes or are they wanting a long, meaty adventure?
5. Do you want to lean more into combat or into roleplay and narrative?
6. What did you like about the previous adventures you played? What didn't you like?
Answering those questions will help us hone in on adventures you might like.

What level are you looking to play up until?
How experienced do you as DM and your players have with 5E?
Despite you having $, I suggest playing through the official free ones first. Go to this list and look at anything with the green text 'Adventures'. https://onwaterdeep.blogspot.com/2021/07/list-of-free-dungeons-and-dragons.html
There is no 'best' adventure.

There is some free stuff right here at DND Beyond.
Also, hit garage sales and second hand stores.
One time I found some things in a free box at a garage sale.
