During our campaign my character died and I was revived by some drow, after sometime my form changed into that of a drider bottom half. This does allow me to walk on walls and it is cool... But, should I ever get it off the caves we're in I wouldn't be able to go to any cities as I am told that it would be a kill on sight tour of situation.
Is there any way of me undoing the drider half of myself and turning permanently back to my original halfling so I can use the character in this or another campaign?
Since this is a homebrew curse/effect your DM put on you, it will be up to your DM to create a solution to the problem. Classic ways of solving the problem would be something like Remove Curse, Greater Restoration, Wish, or completing a quest or ritual created by your DM.
You can likely gain more information about what your DM wants you to do to break the curse within the game--work with your party to learn more, either through checks (arcana to learn more about the curse; diplomatic checks to get more info out of the drow; etc.) or through investigating the drow culture and records to learn more about the transformation. A competent DM is going to have a way to break the effect (or will come up with a way when it is clear you want to break the effect)--you just have to go out there and find it.

I hope this makes sense ¶=
What level are you? That will give us an idea of what resources might be available to you and how your DM might expect you to resolve your situation. For example, L20 and they'll probably be thinking Wish, but L1 and it's probably time to roll a new character. On between are various possible solutions.
So, what is your level? And do you have any unusual resources available to you?

Maybe they need help from some spider entity like Anansi or Arachne.
Also if it is a halfling drider (hider?) they should look like a colorful jumping spider.
