To be honest, most of what makes the official adventures different is not so much quality as style and tone. What kind of adventure are you looking for? What makes an adventure fun for you? What are you looking for in the adventure?

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Having only run Tyranny of Dragons out of these four, i will say it's a lot of fun to run because you can do so much with it, mess with the plot, the enemies, the setting, add in party backstories, and still have the campaign run exactly as intended save maybe some of the stricter time limits in it. In that way, it's also very easy to run, the book is written in a very orderly way so you don't have to worry about reading the whole book beforehand, just chapter by chapter will work fine unless the book specifically prompts otherwise or you want to see where something goes to mess with it. Also, the backstory hooks in that adventure are the best for building characters that are actually invested in the story from the beginning, better than most dnd modules.
I'm a big fan of both Tomb of Annihilation and Rime of the Frostmaiden. Of the list you provided, Dungeon of the Mad Mage gave my group the most fun role-playing opportunities.

To me Tyranny of Dragons is the best adventure in the selection.
I've only played two of them, but I reckon that Mad Mage is better than Thunder.

Descent into Avernus is my groups favorite so far

havent played PotA...but isn't it just Temple of Elemental Evil?
my own vote would be Curse of Strahd. but given the choice in the poll, Storm King's Thunder is the best of that selection to me.
I’m a experienced DM but my players are really inexperienced okay
