I am considering buying the Digital/Physical Bundle of Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants. I am from the Netherlands (Europe), so I am wondering if there is additional costs like customs or import charges and how long the shipping is. Because it is not clear where they are shipping from.
In the checkout page, Wizards' website tells you how much shipping will cost, and approximately when it will arrive. It does not say where it ships from.
There are no shipping costs. But, normally, the additional fees are not mentioned. I just wonder if anyone has bought the digital/physical bundle before in Europe and could tell me if there are any additional costs.

The problem is that customs etc can be charged to the recipient upon delivery. That's what spooks me about it - obviously not done with I'll intent, but I wouldn't want to order a £100 product only to get slammed with £50 in customs.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

There ARE shipping costs depending on location. Shipping is free only in select countries.
Check shipping times too, I have read a few complaints about shipping times for the physical part of the bundle. This likely varies do to many factors that will vary from day to day and destination.
I've only heard of problems in that regard with preorders, is it with normal stuff too?

I live in the Netherlands, when I check out, there are not shipping costs.
The only available shipping country is United States in the dropdown-menu.
How to get The Netherlands there as an option?
use dndstore.wizards.com and select the EU location
