Has any realized how insane a dhampir monk is? The biggest thing is that a dhampirs bite receives the full benefit of being a monk weapon since it is listed as a “simple melee weapon” This means that your bite can use your martial arts die, and it can trigger the unarmed strike bonus action and flurry of blows. Sadly, because of wording, the bite is not an unarmed strike. While using your bite as a monk weapon, you can still use the benefits of the bite action, namely having advantage on your large amount of attacks while being able to also either gain life or gain a large bonus to your next attack. Because of the wording of the benefits of bite, the bonuses will be more powerful due to the increased damage from using your martial arts die instead of 1d4
