If by "move out of combat from an enemy" you mean "move out of an enemy's reach," then sometimes: if you try and melee attack someone, whether or not you hit you won't get an attack of opportunity from that specific creature for the rest of the turn.
I'm thinking about my Bugbear Fighter Polearm build. I know that sometimes the enemies will get into melee with me. Do I attack them once and then move away, without being attacked? I can then do the rest of my attacks at range.
I just want to confirm that, with this Feat, I can move out of combat from an enemy and not get an attack of Opportunity.

If you do not enter their reach then they cannot get an AO on you regardless of mobile feat.
