Im sure this is out there already but I havent had much luck finding it. Is there anyway to get access to the VTT that is being created? Ive been looking to find a way to help test the features of it since its announcement in March/April and I havent had much luck. Is there an admin or someone who can point me in the right direction or give me some information? Any helps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. 

There have been no announcements about how to participate in any sort of beta testing.

As far as I understand, even the version available for some content creators like Ted from Nerdimersion is a pre-alpha build.

So, we are not even talking alpha testing yet.
