Add single-level dips into Cleric, Wizard, Bard, and 3 levels of Sorcerer, ending at level 20.
I can attune 5 magical items. All-Purpose Tool, Amulet of the Devout, Rhythm-Maker's Drum, Bloodwell Vial, and Wand of the War Mage. The character builder allows all bonuses from these items to stack, ending with up to +15 on spell attacks for all spells, regardless of class. That can't be right, can it? Each item is supposed to only provide attack bonus to spells from the associated class, except the Wand, right?
From what I understand Jeremy Crawford stated that bonuses stack unless a feature tells you otherwise. For example you could have a +2 bow and fire +1 arrows and have a total bonus of +3.
The All-Purpose Tools states that While holding this tool, you gain a bonus to the spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your artificer spells. So it would not affect your Cleric, Wizard, Bard or Sorcerer spells.
RAW The bonus from all but Amulet of the Devote and Wand of the War Mage apply to the spells of their specific classes only. D&D Beyond currently can’t apply the bonuses as they should be.
Ok, here's what I'm wondering.
I start with an Artificer, leveled to 14.

Thank you; I felt that should be the case, but second-guessed myself when the character builder let it stack.
