I would suggest Mordenkainen Presents Monsters of the Multiverse. It has both a lot of character races and a bunch of monsters. Beyond that, are there any character subclasses you are interested that may be in different books.
XGtE and TCoE are useful. MMM is also useful. It depends on how you're using D&D Beyond or whether you're using D&D Beyond or buying physical books even. Rather than reconstruct the pinned thread, check out the first post in this:
For player options Xanathar's and Tasha's are excellent for subclasses and the artificer class. They expand options greatly. Monsters of the Multiverse is very useful for the reasons GR_Mustang mentioned.
I would like to expand my options on DnD Beyond by buying Xanathars Guide to Everything and Tasha's Cauldron of Everything.
Are these good options or is the another source book I should look at getting?
It depends on your style of play. And are you talking online or in-person? Do you plan on swapping over to 6e when it comes out, or stick with 5e? The answers to questions like that will impact the best option for you.
The real question is whether you're a Player or a DM. Tasha's and Xanathar's are both great books. If you're a player, I'd stop there (assuming you have the PHB). I'd consider buying individual races from Monsters of the Multiverse, but there are no entire books I'd buy, unless I'm going crazy on what I'm buying.
I'd you're a DM, then it really dependa on what you're running. If you're running published adventures, you're good with the Monster Manual and maybe the DMG. If you're homebrewing your adventures, then maybe you might want to consider other books...but I'd buy them as the need comes up.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
