I no they pulled tome of foes but why didnt they replaces all the sub races for the tiefling feel like I'm missing out on alot of customization for my tiefling characters
Under what context do you mean 'getting back'? They haven't been 'taken away', they're just legacy. You can still use them, they're still on D&D Beyond if you own the book.
With these sub-races being marked as Legacy, they are unavailable for purchase via "Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes" as the book itself is no longer in the Marketplace. I'd suggest two possible routes:
1. Find a friend who owns Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes and ask them to use to share their content with you via DNDBeyond.
