I've searching for awhile to see what ways there is in 5e D&D to restore a soul that has been destroyed and found little on the matter. So I thought I'd asking for advice on these forums.
So loosely the situation is a construct tiefling girl with a soul was created by a demon lord in his domain in the Abyss, this realm was being in invaded devils after the demon lord's wealth and my character agreed to give the demon realm to the devil in exchanged for the devil's army's help in slaying her abusive demon lord father (there was a group vote, the devil was invading with or without the party's help, so to not miss the chance to kill a major antagonist to the party, they made a devil contract). The father is killed but my character didn't inherit the realm... So they tracked down the energy expelled by death of demon lord to his workshop, there the party finds unconscious construct-esque tie fling similar to my character in appearance who the party awakens. The young tiefling girl mentions she was recently created after the demon lord learnt my character had determined to kill him to stop him abusing her, hurting her friends and playing with people's lives cruelly . The Tiefling girl called the demon lord father also and reveals she must have inherited her father's domain on his death but could not control her dominion over the realm. The party upon looking back at the devil contract realised they couldn't take anything from the realm back home when them and the tiefling girl due the way her father made her the only way to give up her ownership of the demon realm was to pull a pin that would kill her. So they couldn't take her with them without damming all their souls including their dead paladin who died in the fight with the demon lord, and had no way of getting out of the Abyss without obeying the contract even if they did break the contract and tried to take her away from the realm. So with the other alternative being allowing the devil army would torture her to death, so we did the merciful thing and killed her with promise we'll resurrect her.
Upon getting power over the domain, my character attempted to bargain for the soul of the tiefling girl so we could resurrect her only to learn that the tiefling girl's soul was literally destroyed when she was killed while she possessed the demon lord power, so like a demon killed on their home realm her soul was destroyed, too. So the demon lord dad won one last mind game against his daughter or one final attempt to make her just like him. So yeah...
Given her soul was destroyed, before she even got to live a single life. I wonder are there any ways in 5e Dnd to restore a destroyed soul?
My guesses so far are...
Divine Intervention
Wish
Other thoughts, theories and advice are appreciated thankful.
No, there's not any mechanical canon way to restore a soul. Wish, Divine Intervention, and literally asking a powerful god or doing an epic, divine quest are probably the only options.

Thank you, so much. Good to know there isn't something I've missed. Yeah, it's a tricky situation. There's avenues to explore. Gosh, I swear therapy needs to be invented in my campaign asap.
Sorry it took me awhile to thank you, there was a family emergency.
