The Basic Rules found on D&D Beyond is a hybrid of the above two documents plus any relevant errata
Second link is a lie, leads to 2018 version without 5.1 SRD inclusion, so no it’s not the latest set of basic rules as per third link.
I mean, I’d rather be told straight up no not gonna update it, wait till the new stuff gets out.
No, it's not a lie. The Basic Rules (what is included in the various starter sets) does not and never has included the full SRD. That's why I said the Basic Rules found on D&D Beyond are a hybrid of the two documents.
There is no downloadable pdf of the D&D Beyond Version of the Basic Rules because it is a fabrication of D&D Beyond.
You have the things confused, so to clarify:
The Basic Rules found on D&D Beyond have never been published as a PDF ever anywhere. They were created by D&D Beyond to consolidate the Basic Rules (which exists as a PDF and physical copies) with the SRD (which exists as a PDF) in order to give the most amount of free content in the most readable format possible.
WotC now owns D&D Beyond, They continue to call the set of rules that have consolidated the SRD and 2018 Basic Rules ( which if memory serves was made as a supplement to the LMoP Starter Set back in beginning, and became an official PDF version due to scanned versions of the rules that began to float around a short time after introduction) as the official Basic Rules and in the time so far they have owned such has never updated the 2018 version?
If WotC/Hasbro wants to force players and new DMs to have to visit the site for a better version of the basic rules, and with upcoming updates possibly changing the basic rules I might not particularly care for, requesting a current updated version to the 2018 basic rules PDF that includes just the SRD 5.1 and Errata too much of a simple request?
But as a person who might not always be able to be online constantly, who would like such a consolidated set without having to have the app, and faster access to find a particular rule or be able to highlight particular sections, I’m left to my own devices to do so?
And no the DDB site basic rules have not been made a PDF by DDB or WotC, but question remains why not? What’s the hold up?
I started this in the feedback forum, expecting a reasonable response, and have gotten nothing more than redirection. Is that how a request is to be handled?
As I stated before, I’d rather be told straight away no such plans to bring the 2018 Basic Rules inline with SRD 5.1 and Errata are in the works as a PDF.

This is general discussion, which isn't a space for giving feedback to D&D Beyond or WotC. It is, as the name would suggestion a space for general discussion.

That'd be a question better posed on one of WotCs other social spaces such as twitter if you want an official response

Best answer I have received so far is “No Idea”
I’ve previously sent email requests and asked at other times the same question on other platforms that I have asked on this social space, and same response ask somewhere else.
Starting to really question the run-around tactics, but hey I get the picture.

This thread isn't that long or complicated to catch the earlier post where the poster claimed to have posted this originally in Feedback. Then couldn't find it for responses initially because it was moved to General Discussion. Writing like this reinforces the Orwellian or Kafkaesque shell gaming by let's call it "D&D Community reps and WotC 'stans" this and other posters vent about when they feel their particular D&D passion product is being neglected or ill-attended. And the "as the name would suggestion(sic)" reeks of snark that's lost patience with a poster.

The D&D and D&D Beyond Community get a lot of mixed signals since the One D&D flag was raised as to whether D&D Beyond is the place to ask about D&D (as One D&D hype indicated it would be) or just D&D Beyond. It's my understanding that the community teams of both were recently merged and I imagine would have access to the same talking points, or lack thereof, of certain D&D and D&D Beyond products. As for the redirect to X, does WotC D&D account really respond to this level of question through DMs, I'm not seeing a lot, or any sort of engagement like that in its public facing replies, though enough non-related advertising to remind me why I was part of the eXodus from that platform last fall.

The D&D Beyond forums do not have any subforum designated for feedback on D&D itself, only D&D Beyond apps, tools, and services (the D&D Beyond Feedback subforum).
If this thread was initially posted in the feedback subforum, it would've been moved because it's not feedback for D&D Beyond, therefore would be off topic.
I cannot speak for what avenues Wizard of the Coast as a whole responds to, just provide suggestions as to where feedback could be directed if a response is desired.
If Wizards of the Coast decides that it wants to start taking general D&D feedback via these forums, I'm sure a new subforum will be added. As it currently stands, some of the recommended avenues of feedback are:
It’s alright, I personally thought going though what I assumed was the best channel and way to possibly have the inquiry addressed considering numerous other avenues had been explored would have been a bit more productive.
There is still 6 months ( I guess, maybe longer who knows ) till the community finds out what is what.
Hope for the best, plan for the worst, popcorn and escape pod ready and prepared, beer keg in position to be filled and chilled.
it’s the calm before the storm, and waters are still, D&D Beyond might be WotC and Hasbro’s Titanic who knows?
I'm test driving the subscription to D&D Beyond. I went to make a basic character in the character creator, and selected 2014 core rules. I want NOTHING from the 2024 D&D books. However, when I select a class (Fighter), the popup shows me "D&D Free Rules (2024)". I am officially concerned. Is D&D Beyond ignoring my 2014 filter and slapping 2024 updates into my 2014 Character???

Did you scroll down on the "Choose a Class" page to "2014 Core Rules" and pick your class from there?

The "2014 Core Rules" option enables choices from the 2014 core books. It doesn't remove other options. You still need to actually choose a 2014 class if you want to play a 2014 class. The 2014 classes are in a separate section below the 2024 classes on the Class tab of the character builder.
Oh, okay, I see it! Thank you! I'll make sure the players in my campaign know too. I think some of them accidentally created 2024 characters so we'll need to fix that.
(That being said, I sure wish there was a global "turn off 2024 everything" switch so I'd never see any 2024 content, which I do not want.
A lot of people have asked for that, and it's a reasonable thing to want. It's unlikely they'll ever provide a way to turn off the current version of things, though.
Yeah I'm sure I'm not alone given the very mixed feedback to the 2024 edition of the rules. My position is I don't mind using D&D Beyond for my 2014 5e campaigns, but if they ever try to force us into 2024 or later, I'll just go 3rd party and drop my sub. I'm sure WotC is aware that they would likely see an exodus if they tried it.

From what I've seen, feedback on the 2024 updates has generally been pretty positive, though the people disliking it have been loud about it.
That said, it seems very unlikely that online support for the 2014 rules will be going away anytime soon.
