I'm working on a fighter for a one shot with the champion archetype and I'm about to give him his second fighting style. Crazy thing though is that even though I already chose Dueling at the beginning, it's still giving me the Dueling option. Is it just a glitch or are champion fighters allowed to take the same fighting style twice, in this case for dueling, giving him a +4 to damage?
You adopt a particular style of fighting as your specialty. Choose one of the following options. You can’t take a Fighting Style option more than once, even if you later get to choose again.
The fact that DnDBeyond allows you to do it, doesn't mean its allowed per the rules. Could be either a glitch or could just be that DnDBeyond is being a bit 'open' and allowing you override the rules if you (or your DM) allows it.

Sounds about right, thank you
