I'm making a Moon Druid and wondering what feat to take. But what feats can apply while I'm in Wild Shape form?
Specifically, do the benefits of Savage Attacker or Mobile apply while in wild shape?
(Not my main question, but if you have some other ideas for Moon Druid feats here are my ideas. Are these good choices? Magic Initiate, Alert, Resilient, Savage Attacker, Mobile.)
The main restriction that you face with respect to Feats and Wild Shape is that you cannot cast spells (at least, not until 18th level). You also need to have the appropriate anatomy and you can't speak. If none of that that applies to a feat you are considering, you are probably good to go.
So Savage Attacker and Mobile would work in Wild Shape, as would Alert and (mostly) Resilient. For Resilient, you would have the saving throw proficiency that you gained through Resilient, but the attributes of the beast do not change as a result of Resilient, although the Druid's would. Magic Initiate would not, since you cannot cast spells in Wild Shape, although you can maintain concentration on spells already cast.
The question of what Feats are good is a big one, and you might be better off asking in the Druid specific forum. If I am focusing on Wild Shape, I like Mobile and Warcaster or Resilient (CON) if I am concerned with maintaining concentration. If you plan to be a spell caster first, then the spell casting Feats, particularly the half Feats like Fey Touched, are attractive. Lucky is always a decent choice. I consider Savage Attacker a waste of a Feat.
