That is an issue you want to contact Beyond20 (I assume that is the third party extension you are using) about. I do not think the creator is super active here, so it is better to join their discord instead.
You cant' import campaign data, or compendiums. You CAN download and save offline, maps and art from D&D Beyond, then upload that to Roll20 to use in your game. You can then use the Google extension mentioned elsewhere in this thread, to use the campaign and compendium data and run it in Roll20. Our game does all of this + Discord https://1921681254.mx/ . I can give them magic items in D&DB, and keep track of all of their character stuff. You can roll NPCs and monsters from D&DB also, using that same extension. So you just upload token art, and you dont' even have to create the monsters in Roll20.
Everytime I roll with my cleric it always rolls radiant damage + radiant critical damage
