Now that D&D Beyond Supports 3rd Party sources, is there any chance that the Islands of Sina Una Sourcebook from Hit Point Press will be added to the resources?
there is chance, but there is no reason to take it for granted since other 3rd party content creators have other works which have chances to be published or are in process (from zero i can name dungeons and ruins by kobold press, mosters of drakkenheim by dudes/ ghostfire or both, and the field guide to floral dragons by hit point press),
numbers of book which could be picked instead sina una is already high- i would even dare to say 20+ and porting speed is quite small, so...
Aw dang. I hope they at least allow homebrew classes (and fix the homebrew UI while they're at it). The Babaylan Class looks awesome, definitely not one to take for granted. Thanks though!

I wouldn’t expect homebrew classes to be a thing any time soon, if ever. Or did you mean subclass? I’m not familiar with that material
While I know Hit Point Press already has a book on DnDB (Humblewood), and I would certain love to see Sina Una featured here at some point, my ultimate hope is for Griffon’s Saddlebag to get released here. Love all the art, flair, and theming of those magic items, settings, and subclasses. The races are kinda meh but I wouldn’t mind those too!

We don't know it, my opinion is it may be possible in the future.
If Hit Point Press is happy with the current deal, then they could dare to give a new step into D&DB.
We can't know because that type of deals are behind of curtains.
