It's a male owl so thinking Xander, Justice, Churchill or Lancelot - the last means ''god like servant' and might be appropriate for a Paladin/Knight bg. What do you guys think? What have you called your familiars?
I once DM'd a Tortle ranger who received an owl companion via a magical pear tree. The owl told him, "My name is Partridge." Ironic to this thread, in certain planar crossings, Partridge would come through on the other side as a Owling Paladin.
