uh i bought some dnd digital books how  do i access the content for my character

Totally depends on what you bought. 

If the books have character options, then they'll be in the character creator. If they have items/feats/etc, then you should be able to access them from the character sheet itself. 

What elements are you wanting to access?

they arent, i bought xanathars, van richtens, players handbook and tasha's

try account >  licenses > sync my entitlements, maybe it would help
