Do we know if there are more videos coming on species, weapons, more on spells, etc?
There are DEFINITELY more videos coming, but they'll just be a part of the normal YouTube schedule; I don't think any more premieres like the classes are planned.

August 1st we should see everything there is to see about the PHB. We just have to wait a bit longer.

No, I meant “page”; when you scroll top to bottom on the PHB section on races on Beyond you get all of them, but for classes you only get one per page.
I've really liked the daily dose and the chance to digest things slowly while keeping momentum and excitement for the update going. But I definitely get how much work has gone into these!I really appreciate it, and it's good marketing. It will be useful for teaching new players about the game, too!

Couple things I've been stressing to folks asking similar questions:
1. these are overviews, not deep dives; you're not gonna get all the info about everything you wanna hear 2. generally speaking if a particular thing hasn't been mentioned, it either hasn't changed or the changes are minimal enough to not warrant a mention. Tieflings getting a third fiendish legacy (which is what PointyHat got to reveal) is pretty big. 3. These videos are also for the people who might not have followed the playtests (or even the fact that the core rulebooks are getting updated) closely, and they don't know what they should be expecting in terms of these updates. We can't make separate videos for the hardcore fan and the newbie player, so they have to strike a balance between informative without being too bogged down in semantics and uber-details.

^ The only thing I'll add to LaTia's great post above - the major content creator NDA/embargo is slated to end on 8/1/24, so we can all expect to get a lot more deep dives, analysis and spoilers to chew on in about 3 weeks time. Several of them, like Treantmonk, Nerd Immersion, and d4 have made it pretty clear that these overview videos are barely scratching the surface on changes since the playtest, let alone since 2014, so I'm pretty excited.

I'm almost certain of it (depending on what you're hoping to see; there might be stuff that you think is disappointing), but that's more of a 'we don't want to spoil the entire book' versus 'hehe we are naughty little gremlins who want to keep secrets >:3' sort of thing.
(Full disclaimer, I've been reading the PHB and I think a lot of what you haven't seen yet is worth the wait. Not to mention it's just gorgeous.)

I only use beyond forums and not the apps so I'll only have the physical phb and each race should be at least 3 pages?
