I’m not sure how they’re handling the subclasses and spells from Xanathar and Tasha and species from Monsters of the Multiverse which are being included in updated forms in the new PHB. The originals might be legacy-tagged, but the rest of the books should remain current.
As of this moment, the only two Legacy books right now are VGTM and MTOF. PHB, DMG, and MM will soon be part of the Legacy group once their new version comes out.
I think a few species in MP:MOTM are getting Legacy tagged, but the book as a whole is not considered Legacy.
Subclasses will also likely become Legacy - specifically, the ones they update to 2024e.

I know this has probably been answered elsewhere but I can’t find it:
Are the only books getting the Legacy tag with the release of the 2024 core rules the 2014 PHB, DMG, and MM?
thanks for your answers!
