Hey was wondering if it is possible to make a homebrew Artificer subclass that works as a full normal caster
I'm asking as I have a friend who really wanna do this but I'm unsure if this is even possible on the site or if I'm missing something

No, you can't change a class's casting mechanics in homebrew on the site. (And even if you could, you'd also need to build the rest of its spell list.)
