Hey does anyone know how to add homebrew spells to your 2024 spellcaster?
I used the same character sheet to rebuild my sorcerer back up to level 15 and he used to know some homebrew spells. I can no longer select these homebrew spells from the "manage spells" dropdown list. Is anyone else experiencing this and know how to get back the spells? I still retained my homebrew feats but have no idea why the spells didn't come through.
Oh boy i figured it out but it is definitely annoying.
You have to go into the spell and change who can learn the spell under the "Available for" box. This is likely because the website is treating the 2024 classes like they are completely separate classes from the 2014 so if you made a spell that the 2014 sorcerer could have then you have to go back in to allow the 2024 sorcerer to also have it.
Such a pain but I just changed the tags to the 2024 edition and I was able to once again add my homebrew spells.
Yeah, the worst part is that there is no distinction within that box between 2014 and 2024 classes. You just have to choose "Sorcerer" and "Sorcerer" lol

I found the distinction under the headers. You have to select the sorcerer under the header : "Core rules"
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
Avinush you're a true hero!
