Hey everyone! We started our first D&D campaign about a year ago and I thought it would be fun for everyone to have a denim jacket/vest when we play. Everyone bought their own jacket and material and I sewed the D&D fabric to the back panels of the jackets. They turned out really cool and I love seeing everyone wearing them when we play. We've also added character pins to them now and there is so much room to add patches/etc. I loved making them, so I put together an Etsy shop. I'd love to add a little magic to your campaigns. Thanks for taking the time to read this and for checking out my shop! It's called Del's Side Quest, named after my Wood Elf character, Delphinia. Let's connect!
Nice... but I would change your pattern for public sale, the "&" symbol from D&D is trademarked, and you don't want Pinkertons knocking on your door. Because Hasbro uses Pinkertons for Copyright and trademark issues. And the Pinkertons are the most thuggish brutish anti people pro corporate loss prevention company to have ever exist in the USA.
As has been stated the & symbol is trademarked by WotC and the Etsy shop itself is still going to end up having WotC legal involved once they find out (most likely).
The problem with trademarks is a company has to go after everyone that violated the trademark regardless of how large they are.
Id definitely recommend talking to a legal person to verify all trademarks/ip issues before selling products.
