The 2024 PHB is still 5th edition. If you don't want to use it, don't buy it. If you already bought it and don't want it anymore, if you message customer support they can probably remove it from your account?

If you haven't bought it, then you're seeing the 2024 free rules, which EVERYONE gets access to and cannot be removed as far as I know.
