I bought the new 2024 player handbook when it first came out and received a damaged book with ripped pages…. I put In a trouble ticket and they still have not responded. Does anyone know how I can get my refund or replacement or does the company not care?
I had a similar issue (folded and wrongly cut page) and they have not responded to my ticket in 23 days now. The ticket shows as open but nothing is happening. I understand them being busy, but this is taking way too long.
