So my DM is sharing the 2014 DMG and I see it in my library and everything and yet there still is no option for selecting Oathbreaker. I also have 5e core and expanded rules checked. It's not a big deal but it is annoying. What am I doing wrong?

Given what you've said, the most likely explanation is that you are creating or editing a character that is not in the campaign where the content is being shared with you.
This character is in the campaign he has uploaded it several times and it says in the campaign window that he is sharing source material.
I am not sure what you mean by "uploaded it several times" — nothing needs to be uploaded to make this work.
If your DM actually owns the 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide, and content sharing is turned on in the campaign, and you're making the character in the campaign, and both of your license entitlements are synced, then yes, you should contact support about this.
As in you're linking DDB to Foundry and using the books there? That will most likely not be covered by DDB customer support. They would only cover internal issues. If you have issues with Foundry, you need to be asking them or whoever created the connection. It could easily be that DDB has changed coding and so made it incompatible. That's their lookout though - DDB doesn't officially support that.

We create characters on DnD and upload them to play on foundry. The problem is DnD Beyond will not let me choose the subclass period.
To be clear, when everyone asked you all those questions about you and/or your DM owning the 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide, we were talking about owning it on D&D Beyond, not on Foundry. Do you own the digital version of that book on D&D Beyond? If not, are you in a campaign on D&D Beyond (not on Foundry) where it's being shared with you?
Forget I said anything about the other place sheesh..
So I do not own the 5e DMG but my DM is sharing it and when I check my library (this is all on DnD Beyond..) I can read the DMG and it says it's being shared. However, when I go to my character sheet that is in the campaign, there is no Oathbreaker option or Death Domain cleric, I checked that one too.
I contacted support and they said similar things that you have said which I went through again and still nothing.

And you have "5e Core Rules" checked in the Home tab of the character builder?
I don't get how it can appear in my library and I can read it but when I go to my character sheet in the campaign it doesn't show up?
Well, again, what you're describing is what happens when you only have access to a book through content sharing, but the character you're editing is not in the campaign where the content is being shared.
I know you've said the character is in the right campaign, but it's worth making really sure that's true, because if it weren't, this is exactly what it would look like.

Yes that sounds like what is happening. He has bought all the books a couple times it seems. Thanks everyone!

We play on foundry.

So your issue has nothing to do with D&D Beyond then?

Unfortunately, in that case it's very likely a Foundry issue and there's nothing anyone here can do about it.

The Oathbreaker requires the 2014 Dungeon Masters Guide (either owned or shared)
